I have the ability to operate under different conditions and achieve superior outcomes especially in areas that requires highest form of commitment, dedication, understanding and good communication. Even when people have given up I still use to restore hope and strength to many people. I really believe in the unseen potential of other people.
The aha!moment. I came to a quick realisation that life is not what it seems to be. Then I seriously began to contemplate going to Durban to look for a job and possibly upgrade my results. This was a big decision of my life and I knew that it was going to be a turning point in my life. Nevertheless, it was a decision worthy taking, since it was to chart the course of my life.
My mind was made up; I did not want anything to stand in the way of my dream. Since I did not want my trip to Durban to be public fodder, I left in the early hours of the morning and arrived in Durban around noon. Going to Durban was a big issue to me. It was my first time to be there and I was not familiar with the place. I really loved the place. It was beautiful! The robots, the skyscrapers, the sounds, the kaleidoscopic colors, the cars whizzing by and the general hustle and bustle in the city amazed me.
I was mesmerized and stunned at how a city was so alive! I just could not fathom the thought that I was now going to be a part of this great city. All I needed was to get quality time to acclimatize myself with the city and its amazing weather. I was still in a stupor of amazement when my friend came to pick me and take me home. We arrived at her place, I was given a lukewarm welcome and I instinctively felt not welcomed.
I didn’t have enough money on me and also I had no one to turn to. I then asked her to stay for two days. There was a Good Samaritan who told me about the posts which were for people with grade 9 education. I slept that night and in the morning of the following day I went to register since the accommodation was included. I succeeded and moved to the campus. I had nothing else but one bag with my clothing and toiletries.
When it was time to sleep I didn’t even have a blanket. Luckily, it’s was a hot day.
The following are my three books:
Dedicate and commit yourself into achieving your goal. In short, everyone knows how to love. That love which you have and the time that you play or waste. Invest it because if you work hard and commit yourself, success will be the result. Love your dreams and watch the results unfold.
It is the time to plant true seeds to our young ones. A woman who knows her values, morals and pride conquer the world proudly. They were written out of the emotional and physical pains, rejections and struggle of the disadvantage background and a tough road. The books are here to encourage people with the same backgrounds to never give up on their dreams .There is always a better future after a bad background or the worst encounters in life .These are the books that will change people’s lives for the best and never to remember their past.
Self respect starts with confidence, which is the ability to trust and appreciating yourself. It starts with you as an individual. When I talk about respect, I discovered that most people suffer from a mob psychological convoy. People want to earn respect from the good doing of other people forgetting that it start within. Value yourself and avoid people who are not worthy of your present.
